Post 93: Big Bad Wolf Sales - 7th - 23rd December 2012

I'm so sorry that i have abandoned my blog for so long. Other than lacking of interesting topics to be discussed about, i found myself struggling between works and personal life. It has never been easy. Never. It is tough. Sometime i would just cried while having shower. Everything does not seems in place. It is so hard to keep motivating oneself but i tried, and still trying .. because remember what, everything happens for a reason(s)

So, i went to the most awaited Book Sales for this year end on last Monday, December 10th. I took one day off specially to attend to this one. Oh by the way, it is still going on till December 23rd at Mines International Exhibition & Convention Center (MIECC) which located just beside or behind The Mines Shopping Mall. It is open to public from 9:00am till 9:00pm .. and the books there are so so SO CHEAP .. you will get the price as low as RM3 !!! How cool is that eh ? Yippiee :'))

I went there with a mission to buy as many Motivational and Self-Help books as i could. Trust me, all books looked too yummy and i was there for almost four(4) hours straight and it was never feel long enough for me to do the browsing and selections. I may need to give The Wolf another visit. Yeah

So below are my purchases at the sale, and i'm one satisfied wolfie hihi ^__^

Oh anyway, Selamat Hari Raya to all my Muslim friends out there, may you have a wonderful and blast raya celebrations with your loved ones. As for me, this year raya was way better than before as i had chances to visit my relatives and grandmas; those feelings that i never felt or it was never exists before! I feel like i wanted to spread and shared my loves with them :')

So back to our main topic, i just downloaded this one cool application called Molome. The way it operates just like Instagram, and you know what .. i cant stop my fingers from clicking camera .. duh ! Sangat kejakunan !

Post 89: Oh My Goodness

I mistakenly signed on through LinkedIn using my secondary email accounts, and i was shocked to see what i had found

 

I was speechless at the moment i kept looking at the mail account. Is this mine ? Am i mistakenly entering someone's profile, with my password ? Oh wait, her password might be the same as mine! I take a look again and oh no no NO that's mine ! That's my address and password. Sigh big times ! I can't remembered me being Nurul Irwana before ? She was signing in since 2008, now only i realized. Great !

I changed the password immediately.

Annoying.

Sigh.

Don't you have any better things to do other than this ?

Post 88: Busy Bee

Hello all !

It has been almost a month since my last updates. I've been very busy with work lately, as usual nothing else pun. Hihi ;p

Btw, i've had come up with kind of 'major' decisions over last month. I've decided to take up what i would like to called it as an opportunities that is not always come before us. It might be once in a blue moon chances. So i guess i should grabbed it before it fading away. And with that, there come responsibilities.

I remembered one my friends told me that, along position(s) comes responsibilities, while along responsibility will then comes power. The word RESPONSIBILITY should be highlighted more than the rest. Tehehe

For the past week, i have learnt how to consult people, how it is not always easy to manage or even to communicate with them. Before this i have lesser responsibility, i have upper level after me. When i found myself stucked while processing requests, i would asked them all these why, how, where and who without nothing much worry, and i expecting them to always come up with solutions or answers. You know, it will always be easier when you are seeking for someone's advice rather than you are the one who should give an advice. There's also lots of readings need to be done since i can't simply asking anyone anymore(when we talked about freedom is gone) Hihi ;p

I feel down recently.

I don't know where to turn to or whom should i share this with, except on this blog

Have you once being dumped, you surely won't forget how it feels like.

I did, long time ago, few years have passed and it never goes.

I amazed how we can stay as a friends despite what was happened in between.

I can be his friend, it's true and i never lie about that. It's hard to forget what has been done, but i went through with no regret.

Just that.

Just.

That.

When he turns to me when he needs someone to talk with, i expect he would do the same when i need it too.

I don't have any feelings towards him, except as a friend. I remembered how we were both close together back then. I know exactly where should i stand.

Just that.

When he turns to me with all his texts, mails, expressing how life being done to him, i replied immediately, and when it comes to my turn, i received nothing, and he never cares.

It is a major disappointment of all ! It is even more hurt than being dumped !

I try to treat him nicely all the time, the way i think .. he is my friend and once being the closed one. That's it, and nothing beyond that ! I'm just trying to be nice and thrown away the hatred, i tell you it is not easy, at all !

I thought we are friends ? What are friends for ?

For how many times have i turns to you ? Once in a blue moon ?

And i guess you never understood

And now i understand not everyone deserves a second chance, not even for being a friends, it's all thanks to you.

Lesson learnt.

Post 78: How I Spent My Weekend

I have a tendency to go shopping after doing something which involves critical thinking. This is what i called stress theraphy. I usually did this on weekend once a while. You do not suppose to do this on every weekends or you will ended up broke. Huhu.

Btw, i am so grateful i passed the ITIL Foundation Exam this morning, and also finished my Standby Oncall Primary 1 duty for a week. What's that mean ?

It's time for shopping babe !! Hoyeah !!

I was so underpressure this week as i need to entertain mailboxes as well as to attend course at morning, studying at night; right hand managing mails while the other one flipping through pages. Alhamdulillah everything went well :)

Now i know how it feels being Primary 1 support. Tough is the word, or maybe Challenging is more suitable. You won't get enough sleep for sure, and live with standby phone the whole week, how sad. Haha. Btw, I received Escalation on Thursday's night, successfully closed with seven minutes remaining time, added some new resource rules, learn new ACF2 commands, communicates with more users and done troubleshooting for user access.

Still left with one report to be generated, using JCL. Great. I need to learn new things, the more the better. Let see how it progress ^__^

Post 76: Don't Be Such an Ignorant

Please !

When i opened my mailbox this morning, i felt so mad i getting annoyed.

To my surprised how can people be so ignorant, feeling that they know everything and they are always right while others are wrong.

I give you an example.

You walked in through McD, you already thinking of what to order, you are not so sure about the name but it looks like "Beef Burger"(while your mine is actually refer to Double Cheese Burger) and so yeah you ordered a set of "Beef Burger" without knowing that it is wrong! Later, when the waiter returns and brings you your order, you said hell no, this is not what i ordered. I want to see your manager as you are unable to deliver works as easy as taking orders !

Don't be such a psycho. I don't know what exactly you want. That waiter taking the correct order while you are the one who is wrong. Do you think he can read mind ? Do you think i am able to read what is inside your mind ? You were putting the wrong order at the first place, and why on earth myself to be blamed ?

Don't be such an ignorant please. You want others to help you so you need to help yourself first. Respect others. Be modest. When you are not so sure on something, there you go, you asked. Don't simply put the blame on others. Do some self-reflection and cross checked before you go havoc.

Life doesn't only revolves around you honey, there's always others :)


p/s: Take note that above situation is only example for better understanding. Hehe

Post 74: Paulo Coelho Collections

I have been searching for English version of Brida for long time and unfortunately nowhere to be found until last Friday when i accidentally went to Alamanda for window shopping and realized that MPH is now on sale !

I saw a lot of Jodi Picoult's and Sophie Kinsella's but i decided to not buy any.

I browse through the lower shelf and there i found Norwegian Wood by Haruki Murakami. There's only a few copies and no i won't put mine. Hahahahah!

It was when i turned around to another bookshelf i found a few copies of Brida. I grabbed it of course. I took some time to went through the book when i felt a bit of frustration caused of the font used is in small size. If i were to read this book before my bedtime, i would, i surely i would fall asleep before i turned to the second page. Hoho. It is very small, so tiny so i decided to put back the book to it's rack. Haih. No luck.

But.

Whenever i think about how it's so difficult to find Brida even for ebook i made an exception, only for this one. I came back to buy a copy on last Sunday, yes two days after and lucky me there still have three copies on the rack. Like always i can't resist the urge of buying more books so ended up buying another extra two. Hehe

I got all a copy of Brida, The Valkyries and The Witch of Portobello from the same author.

I also had few books which i bought earlier as you can find from attached pictures.


Ahhhhhh.


I can't describe how it feels so nice surrounded by books. I can't tell how it feels like. The smells of new books, the colors of papers, the covers, the story of course. I sound weird i know. LOL!


I'll be back working tomorrow after a week holiday.

Hopefully, i'll be doing good in all aspects in this new year, 2012. In life, works, family, friends etc
