Btw, i am so grateful i passed the ITIL Foundation Exam this morning, and also finished my Standby Oncall Primary 1 duty for a week. What's that mean ?

I was so underpressure this week as i need to entertain mailboxes as well as to attend course at morning, studying at night; right hand managing mails while the other one flipping through pages. Alhamdulillah everything went well :)
Now i know how it feels being Primary 1 support. Tough is the word, or maybe Challenging is more suitable. You won't get enough sleep for sure, and live with standby phone the whole week, how sad. Haha. Btw, I received Escalation on Thursday's night, successfully closed with seven minutes remaining time, added some new resource rules, learn new ACF2 commands, communicates with more users and done troubleshooting for user access.
Still left with one report to be generated, using JCL. Great. I need to learn new things, the more the better. Let see how it progress ^__^

ReplyDeleteeh, u gilee banyak bace buku..i having difficulties to curi masa nak baca buku..even before sleep pun, tak lame..i got plenty of secondhand books i bought online last year, and even dont finish about 10 or 15 from 29...
so, i guess i can give u one for 'gift'...heheh..
its quite chicky and sexual content in there, but maybe if we can exchange books and stuff..not the shoe i guess..heheh...

You beli buku 2nd hand dekat mana ? If you nak cari buku2 baru yang murah2, dekat FB ada, just search DeBook Room or Penjaja Buku. Saya selalu lepak dekat MPH Alamanda if takde buat apa. Hobi. Haha :D
Kalau you nak exchange books pon okay, nanti i bagi list buku2 yang boleh ditukar. Hehe :)
